Laura Brady - Re-connect to your Inner Wisdom....

We live in an extraordinary time of history.

As women we have more opportunities than ever before.  Whether you strive to be an entrepreneur, to be a leader in your community, or simply to provide the nourishing environment you value with your family; the possibilities are all around us.

We have access to instant information and resources, and we are interconnected in the world in a way that has created communities out of strangers.

Yet, as amazing as all of this is, it is also incredibly easy to become over-loaded and overstimulated by the constant need to stay current and involved. Sometimes we can become so caught up in what we are supposed to be doing or in comparing ourselves to those who may be accomplishing more than us, that we lose sight of what is really important.

Laura Brady, creator of the website, explains that when you “notice that your voice, that your mission is getting clouded over, it is time to slow down and reconnect to our own inner wisdom.” By supporting women to reconnect with their core values, Laura helps her clients to discover their anchor; and to redefine the guideposts by which they want to lead and show up in their lives.

In this week’s interview on the Inspired Woman Project, Laura shares her story of how she came to create her Mamas on a Mission philosophy, her personal rituals for slowing down and clarifying her own values and shares with us a very simple and effective process by which we can make these discoveries for ourselves.

There has never been a better time for women to step into their power, express their calling and make an impact in the world. Laura’s vision supports women to be leaders in the world and in the certainty of their choosing.

Laura Thompson Brady Ph.D., founder of The Nourished Home, believes that life is meant to be a joyful, soul-stirring adventure throughout the inevitable ups and downs. She is driven to help Mamas on a Mission heal and release what’s holding them back so they can make space for what they most desire. Her clients learn to simplify, slow down, and live from their core values so that they can love and lead their families, careers, and communities with greater courage, clarity, and grace. Laura serves as a coach and mentor, empowering women from around the world to step into leadership, creating a more Nourishing Home for the ones they love as well as the whole human family. Laura lives with her husband and two girls in the beautiful state of Maine where she is fueled by nature, her family, any chance she has to sing, and supportive community.
