I'm so excited to share this interview with you! As busy women - working, being mom (and everything else) - we know it can be hard to prioritize where you fall on your priority list. Every person has their own path, but for me, after my last child was born, it became really important for me to get my body back. And for me, this is where my path to learning more about myself, my body, and getting really clear on what is important to me, began with a renewed focus to my body and my health.
Dawn Dalili, a naturopathic doctor, yoga teacher, and certified in eating psychology and transformational coaching is supporting people to live in a body they love, free from judgement and obsession, and to not let that hold them back from living their life!
During our interview, Dawn shares her perspective on being in her body, some amazing things you can put into your experience right away, and what it's like being a mom and running her own business!
