Free yourself from the stories and illusions…

If the common industry training tells you to make 100 dials before you do anything else and that makes you want to curl up in a ball and cry...

Then here are 4 things you can do:

1. Ask yourself if you are not doing it to actually serve some greater fear you hold - being seen, creating and receiving what you really want, doing it and failing anyway, never getting what you want. ⠀

If that's the case, then there is something deeper here for you to work through to free yourself and create a new possibility that works for you - when you are free of the fear. Or reach out for support to clear or shift the fear so you can do it with ease. ⠀

2. Ask yourself if you feel called to another action that will create a better result that you truly enjoy! For example, talking to people in person, hosting an event, knocking on doors, etc. If so, if there's a part of you that knows you will create a better outcome with a different action, DO IT. Trust yourself. ⠀

3. If you know you need to do the dials, then check and see if there is another time of day that works better for you where you can bring the perspective, commitment, and energy of success - and do that! ⠀

4. Put yourself "in the mood" for dials. ⠀
Look at the results from the last time you completed this. Listen to something motivational and inspiring. Meditate for 10 minutes on the question "what do I need to know or believe to allow this action to create results better than I could have hoped for or imagined". ⠀

The key here is not to "take yourself off the hook" if that's not truly in your highest service. So you have to be willing to get real with yourself and be curious about what is actually true. ⠀

Our beliefs and patterns can be tricky and can get in the way of seeing what is possible and available. If you are holding a pattern of fear or doubt or uncertainty, we can get really clever in coming up with lots of reasons (excuses) not to do the thing we know we need to do. ⠀

And at the same time, I invite you to free yourself from the stories and illusions that come with the industry training so you can be real with yourself.
